Erotic City came alive and took no prisoners. Thanks to everyone for coming out and making the nite a success and also helping the Texas School for the Blind.

It was a show that even a hurricane could not stop. Foot Patrol took their game to a new level with singer and keyboard player TJ Wade doing the best Prince since...well...Prince. TJ also benefited from the Purple Wheel of Sin/Suality when a lucky girl spun the wheel and landed on "Kiss," whereupon she was allowed to smooch anyone onstage and chose the blushing young man.

People haven't stopped talking about the magic moment when the deluge of rain occurred during the finale of Purple Rain. While the Funk Peepshow Dancers flung flowers out into the crowd and Foot Patrol provided a throat-lump inducing version worthy of the Purple One, the skies suddenly opened up and down came the rain. And as soon as the song finished, the rain magically disappeared and DJ Mahealani kept us dancing to Prince & Co. for the rest of the evening.
