New Year's Eve? Hell, yeah! We'll be digging through the best soul and funk records of 2008 in addition to some recently unearthed gems. And the final pair of tickets for Prince Nite New Year's Eve will be given away.

Podcasts are not streaming! You'll have to download them to your computer. These are MP3 files, averaging 80MB in size. Most will be replaced within a couple of months with new shows. New shows will be added generally within a week of broadcast.

Let's face it--disco wasn't that bad. In fact, it was a commerical attempt to extend the influence of funk. Sure, a lot of it was awful. Yet there's some really good boogie-down tunes that are still viable thirty years later. Featuring some disco efforts from Curtis Mayfield, JB, Edwin Starr and a host of others.
